Naughty Dog trionfa ai Golden Joystick Awards 2020, battendo ogni record con ben sei statuette conquistate. Soprattutto grazie a The Last of Us Part 2, il suo gioco discusso e celebrato, che porta a casa premi per la storia ma anche per il design grafico e l’audio. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare vince per l’eSport mentre Fall Guys per il multiplayer non competitivo. Il premio per la critica va a Hades (anche miglior Indie), mentre Minecraft resiste ai vertici con il premio “Still Playing” e quello per la miglior comunità di gioco.
Chi ha vinto ai Golden Joystick Awards 2020
I joystick dorati coprono un grande spettro di videogame e celebrano titoli in categorie diverse fra loro, dando un spazio a tutti gli aspetti del mondo gaming. Sono celebrate tutte le piattaforme: il miglior gioco PC è Death Stranding, sulla PlayStation vince The Last of Part 2, sull’Xbox Ori and the Will of the Wisps e su Nintendo Animal Crossing: Horizons.
Dal multiplayer (Fall Guys) alle espansioni (No Man’s Sky: Origins) fino ai premi per streamer (iamBrandon) e per l’hardware da gaming (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080), ogni aspetto del mondo dei videogiochi è celebrato. Se è vero che Naughty Dog ha dominato (dopotutto è lo Studio dell’Anno), questa edizione dei Golden Joystick Awards ha celebrato il mondo gaming in ogni sua sfaccettatura.
